The 60-Second Diagnostic
Run these in order. By step three you will know whether the problem is the casino, your network, or your browser — which decides everything you do next.
Switch to mobile data
Turn Wi-Fi off on your phone and load the site on cellular. If it works, the casino is fine and your home network or ISP is filtering it. That single test eliminates the majority of "the site is down" reports.
Open a private window
A private or incognito tab ignores your cached files, cookies and most extensions. If it loads there, clear the site's cached data in your normal browser rather than clearing everything.
Turn off VPN, proxy and ad blocker
A VPN exit node is the most common cause of a hard block, and an aggressive content blocker will happily break the game lobby while the rest of the page renders perfectly. Disable both, then reload.
Change your DNS resolver
If steps 1 to 3 point at your home network, a public resolver such as 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 normally restores access within a minute or two. This is a network setting, not a browser one.
Fixes by Symptom
Page never finishes loading
A spinner with no timeout is usually DNS. Try mobile data first; if that works, switch resolver. If mobile data fails too and the panel above is green, wait ten minutes — this is the shape of a short edge-network blip.
Site loads, games do not
Nearly always one provider's lobby rather than the casino. Open a title from a different studio: if that works, wait it out. An ad blocker breaking the game iframe produces exactly the same symptom, so rule it out first.
Login rejects a password you know is right
Check for a stale saved password from an older session, then for caps lock and a trailing space from autofill. Repeated failures trigger a temporary lock that clears on its own in about fifteen minutes — waiting is faster than a reset.
Cashier will not take a deposit
If one method fails, it is your bank. If every method fails inside the same few minutes, it is a processor. The declined payments section separates the two properly.
What Happens to Your Spin
This is the question that actually matters during an outage, and the answer is reassuring: the reels in your browser are an animation, not the game. The round is generated and settled on the provider's server the instant you stake it. If your connection dies halfway through the spin, the server finishes the round anyway and the result is waiting for you when you reload.
Two cases follow from that. If a stake was taken and a round was recorded, you get whatever that round paid — win or lose — applied to your balance on reconnection. If a stake was taken and no round was recorded, the transaction is incomplete and the stake is returned automatically, usually within a few minutes and without anyone having to ask.
Live dealer tables behave slightly differently. A hand already dealt continues without you and is settled by the rules of the game, so a blackjack hand you were mid-decision on may be played to the house standing rule. Unstarted bets in the betting window are simply voided. Withdrawals are untouched throughout — they run on the payments back end, well behind the website, and keep moving through the usual review schedule.

Every round is settled on the game provider's server, not in your browser, so a spin that has been staked is completed and paid server-side even if your connection drops before the reels finish.
